Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: - Clearing and grubbing approximately 1,752 m2 of sod and vegetation - Excavate approximately 262 m3 of stripping material - Install approximately 329 m3 of crushed gravel base and shoulder - Install approximately 6,776 m2 of pavement reinforcing mesh - Pave approximately 1,452 m3 of asphalt complete with prime and tack coating - Survey layout. Inquiries should be directed to Holly Thomopoulos, Engineering Clerk, email engineering@kitimat.ca at the District of Kitimat, Engineering Department at 250-632-8906. Tenders must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque or Bid Bond valid for a period of 60 days in the amount of 10% of the tendered price as bid security. The District of Kitimat reserves the right to reject all tenders or to award the Contract to other than the lowest tender received if it perceives that to be in its best interests.
