As of August 20, 2024, a design-build team has been selected for the project. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The DC Public Library is seeking to engage the services of a Design-Build Team to provide all services necessary for the new Congress Heights Library as part of the Step 1 qualification process.
