As of September 14th, 2022 construction work commenced on August 8th, 2022. Barnhill Contracting is performing the work as the construction manager. "The 203 Project" consists of the construction of a new three level, cast-in-place, post tensioned building that is approximately 51,884 square feet that will feature: workrooms, classrooms, meeting rooms, flex spaces, an audio studio, nurses' station, third-floor terrace, a performance space, and more. The skin will consist of a combination of brick veneer, storefront/curtainwall, and metal wall panels. The building will be attached to a new cast-in-place post tensioned parking garage consisting of approximately 171 parking spaces at approximately 73,531 square feet. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit any RFI questions as soon as possible. This seminar will help to inform prospective bidders about: the project and the scope of the bid packages; MWBE participation goals, areas for opportunities, and how to complete associated affidavit paperwork; bid forms and other required documentation accompanying bids; instructions for RFI's questions, site logistics plan and project safety; stimulate opportunities for networking with other firms.
