Fuel Pump, and Tank Certification Repair Services in Riverside County. Purpose and Description of Services 1. Contractor shall provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) fuel pumps/tanks service, certification, and repairs as described herein: 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 10 for a more complete description of services. Contractor shall provide fuel pumps/tanks service, certification, and repairs to the CaliforniaDepartment of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, vehicles, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, travel, and incidentals and pay all costs, dump fees, and taxes relative to fuel pump and tank certification and repair. A. Gasoline Pumps 1) Contractor shall replace the gasoline pump nozzles or OPW 7-V Model C nozzles that become inoperative. Contractor shall replace the nozzle with an OPW 7-V Model C nozzle. Replacement pump nozzles shall be approved by California Air Resources Board (CARB). All nozzles replaced shall have the prior approval by Caltrans Contract Manager. 2) Contractor shall furnish, at no extra cost to Caltrans, any calibration equipment needed to accurately calibrate the pumping equipment. 3) Contractor shall calibrate all fuel dispensers once during the life of the Agreement. Annual calibration may be accomplished during a requested service call or as requested by Caltrans Contract Manager. 4) Contractor shall leave the premises in a neat and presentable condition. All spills and smudges shall be cleaned by Contractor at its expense. All debris and unwanted materials shall be legally disposed at a dumpsite approved by Caltrans Contract Manager. No debris shall be left overnight.
