Unsheltered Resident Encampment Site Waste Removal and Cleanup in Riverside County Contractor agrees to provide Unsheltered Resident Encampment Site Waste Removal and Cleanup services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) on an on-call, as-needed basis. The Prime Contractor or Subcontractor must have, at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current: A. Contractor License(s): Class A General Engineering license and a HAZ - Hazardous Substance Removal Certification from California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). B. Hazardous Materials Transportation License issued by California Highway Patrol (CHP). C. Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration issued by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. D. Hazardous Materials Certificate of Registration issued by U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. D. Trauma Scene Waste Management Practitioner (from State of California Department of Public Health, Medical Waste Management Program). E. Waste Tire Hauler Registration issued by Cal Recycle. F. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certificate of 40 hours of training. G. Confined Space Entry Certification, as required by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA), in Exhibit A, Section 17. A permit and contractors program documents are required at the time of bid submittal. H. Contractor or subcontractors applying or spraying disinfectant shall possess a Pest Control Business (PCB) license and have a Qualified Applicator License (QAL) with Category K (health related) staff to oversee the business operations.
