Renovation of a library in Totowa, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Any questions regarding the project scope must be submitted to Coppa Montalbano Architects no later than end of day Monday, November 29th, 2021. The proposal must be accompanied by all documents required by the conditions and specifications for submitting a proposal. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127, (N.J.A.C. 17:27-5.2) N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 as It pertains to Affirmative Action. The bid must be accompanied by a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders in a corporation or partnership who own ten percent (10%) or greater interest therein. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the Totowa Public Library, Treasurer, for ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, guaranteeing acceptance of the contract, if awarded. Single prime bids will be received for all work. Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Trustees of the Totowa Public Library reserves the right to consider the BID PROPOSALS for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof; and further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of Totowa Public Library.
