Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Milton Freewater, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Work consists of installing an agency purchased prefabricated modular steel 82-foot single-span bridge over the south fork of the Walla Walla River, along with bridge approach road improvements, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The prefabricated steel bridge will be available for delivery to the site on February 1, 2022. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This Project is being funded by the Oregon Department of Transportation State-Funded Local Project Program. Buy America statute under Title 23, United States Code, Section 313 applies to this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
