Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milton Freewater, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 18, 2024, the project was awarded to Silvercreek Contracting LLC, but the awarded amount is not available.** The work includes approximately 600 linear feet of roadway, curb, storm drain, driveway, and sidewalk reconstruction; replacement of approximately 600 linear feet of water main and 300 linear feet of sewer main; and other associated work. The contract time for this project is 60 calendar days for substantial completion. All work must be physically complete by July 31, 2024. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer.
