Proposals are invited from qualified Oregon Licensed Engineers to prepare a comprehensive feasibility study to evaluate alternatives to address perfluorinated alkylated substances (PFAS) located in the City of Milton-Freewater's water system. Proposers responding to this request for qualifications do so solely at their expense. Proposers are solely responsible for meeting this deadline. Proposals received after the stated date and time, that are incomplete or that are not submitted in the proper manner and format will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications, postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, or waive informalities and to accept the qualifications deemed best in the interest of the City, considering the proposer's experience and equipment and the time required for completion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
