The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the project identified as Upper Hocking WPCF Expansion Project ("the Project"), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. The Project must be substantially complete by the Date for Substantial Completion set forth in Section Q below. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at the City of Lancaster South Water Plant, 4600 Sugar Grove Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130. A site inspection will immediately follow the pre-bid conference. Attendees must follow any required COVID-19 safety protocols, including bringing/wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. No questions will be taken during the site visit. The City reserves the right to modify the date and/or time of the pre-bid conference and site visits. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory in order to submit a responsive bid. Minority Business Enterprise ("MBE") 1.2% Woman-Owned Business Enterprise ("WBE") 1.8%
