Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the pavement planing, asphalt resurfacing and ADA ramp upgrades on approximately 3 miles of City Streets. Construction completion is scheduled for September 30, 2023. Only Bidders pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Work involved on this project are eligible to bid this Project. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City of Lancaster, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. The contractor shall pay State of Ohio Prevailing rates as required in Section 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code.
