The Central Office Building is now open to the public, but access to the Purchasing Office remains restricted. Therefore, an appointment is necessary to attend bid openings. Please call or email vobrien@aacps.org, jferguson@aacps.org and/or purchasing@aacps.org well in advance of the bid opening to make an appointment to attend. Contractors should note the requirements for Bid Security and Payment and Performance Bonds contained in the instructions to Bidders as modified by the Owner. Bids submitted without required documents shall be considered non-responsive. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to the invitation. Substantial Completion date shall be no later than August 17, 2022 Pre-Bid: So that AACPS can ensure compliance with COVID 19 protocols, each bidder wishing to attend the pre-bid must preregister with the Purchasing Office. Due to space limitations, we are limiting the pre-bid to one attendee per company.
