Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Piney Point Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The installation of concrete paving, and reconstruction of residential driveways and sidewalks. The work also includes reinforced concrete pipe, storm inlets and storm manholes, including all necessary appurtenances, tree removal and protection, sodding, utility service reconnections, traffic control, and site restoration. Work of this Contract is for construction of proposed Storm Sewer and Pavement Reconstruction for the City of Bunker Hill Village. 1. The bid will include work on one (1) set of plans: a. Paving and Drainage Improvements for Chapel Belle Lane and Tamerlaine Drive 2. The base bid includes open cut construction for 24", 30", 36" RCP pipe storm sewer improvements including all appurtenances and utility service reconnections. 3. The work also includes concrete pavement replacement, driveway and sidewalk replacement. 4. The project work requires traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, tree protection, removal, pruning and other related appurtenant work. 5. The work includes site restoration including sod replacement, landscape replacement, and fence replacement. 6. The base work includes relocations of water services, if needed. If meters require replacement, the City will provide new meters. 7. Contractor to replace all street signs removed during this project with black sign posts. The City will provide the black sign posts while the Contractor must provide or re-use the sign and install. 8. It will be the Contractor's responsibility to coordinate all construction activities with private and public utilities throughout the project. All meetings, materials, deliverables, etc. will be paid through the Utility Coordination bid item. See Measurement and Payment section. 9. Contractor to coordinate with homeowners for the residential driveway installation prior to beginning this work. Contractor shall make every effort to match driveway and sidewalk material and color. The location ofthe work is all within City of Bunker Hill Village on Chapel Belle Lane and a small area on Tamerlaine Drive.
