Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Linwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The undersigned agrees to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to construct and complete within One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days as set forth under the schedule outlined in Section 01001 of these specifications including all the necessary contract work, in accordance with said contract documents, for which the following units and/or lump sum prices are submitted. General contractor scope of work: A. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to:1. Prepare Project Schedule and coordinate the work.2. Install two new top stop, landing, and curbs. 3. Provide 1 1/2 inch galvanized handrail.4. Install new gutter, down downspouts, and splash blocks 5. Provide finish grade and gravel apron 6. Remove sections of fencing, reset gate fence post and provide generator fence extension 7. Field measure and provide two belt guards for existing Gordan Rupp pumps.8. Provide new epoxy coated ductile iron pump suction piping 9. Provide new air release valve, isolation valve, and service saddle.10. Provide air release valve ceiling cut-out.11. Provide one 16 x 16 floor plate 12. Provide stainless steel hinges to attach the existing hatch floor plate to the floor. Provide support angle.13. Disposal of residual wastes.14. Portable toilet 15. Meetings; coordination; shop drawings; permits; insurance and bonds; and all appurtenant labor, work, supervision, tools, equipment and materials and all other items incidental thereto.B. Furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation, and perform all labor and services necessary to furnish, deliver, construct, install,connect, interconnect, and test, as required to complete all work described in these specifications and indicated on the Contract Drawings. Please submit all inquiries and questions electronically. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.The right is reserved by the Owner at its discretion to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. Bids may be rejected if they show any omission, alterations of form, addition or deductions not called for, conditional or uninvited alternate bids, or irregularities of any kind, or any other reason as the Owner shall determine. However, the Owner reserves the right to waive any defects or irregularities on bids. If an award of Contract is made, it will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, based on the Base Bid or any combination of the Base Bid and any of the selected Add Alternates within the time period indicated herein under "Advertisement" or if not specified, within 60 days of the bid opening. Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, December 14, 2021 10:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. This contract includes various upgrades to the Pump Station on Yates Avenue and will be bid in two contracts: 1) general/mechanical contract 2) electrical contract
