Graham County requests bids to remodel four bathrooms at the Graham County Courthouse and add a cabinet and sink in an adjacent room. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept any bid which, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of the public. Liquidated damages shall be as follows: $100 per day for the first 30 days after the contract time, and $250 per day for every day thereafter.
