Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of clearing and grubbing, common excavation, removal of existing asphalt pavement and base course, milling and pulverizing asphalt pavement, removal of existing concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk, placing base course and hot mix asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk,concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, domestic water main, site lighting, pavement marking, site restoration and other miscellaneous items of work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Effective January 1, 2014, all potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects over $50,000.All bids received from contractors who are not certified 19 will be rejected. Contractor certification applications and instructions for completing the form may be 20 obtained from the DOA electronically.The bidder is responsible for the sealed 36 bid being delivered to the indicated location for receipt stamping before the time specified for the bid opening. Third party delivery is entirely at the bidder's risk.
