Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted In general, the work consists of replacement of worn-out equipment and its associated infrastructure. The associated infrastructure and work include replacing the deteriorated under slab drain lines; upgrades to mechanical and electrical including select replacement of exhaust hoods and associated fire suppression systems. There are other miscellaneous systems which include work around kettles and combination ovens. This project will require phasing to keep the kitchen operational throughout construction.
