Installation of a maximum of 225 units of 10-foot section sand fencing along 3,300 linear feet of Cape Hatteras National Seashore in front of the Village of Buxton as identified on the Drawings. Sand fencing shall be made of biodegradable material and installed as 10-foot-long sections spaced at approximately 7 feet on a diagonal alignment.
