National Seashore in front of the Village of Avon south of the Avon Pier as identified on the Drawings. Sand fencing shall be
madeofbiodegradablematerialandinstalledas 10-foot-long sections spacedat approximately 7 feetonadiagonal alignment. Installation of a maximum of 225 units of 10-foot section sand fencing along 3,300 linear feet of Cape
Hatteras National Seashore in front of the Village of Buxton as identified on the Drawings. Sand fencing shall be made of
biodegradable material and installed as 10-foot-long sections spaced at approximately 7 feet on a diagonal alignment. Installation of a maximum of 88,000 plants (24 inches apart) on the newly nourished dune crest and
dune face along 9,200 linearfeet of Cape Hatteras National Seashore in front of the Village of Avon south of the Avon Pier
as identified on the Drawings. Only native, salt-tolerant plant species (for example, American Beachgrass, Sea Oats, and/or
Bitter Panic Grass) shall be installed. Installation of a maximum of 44,500 plants (24 inches apart) on the newly nourished dune crest and dune face
along 3,300 linearfeet of CapeHatterasNational Seashore in frontofthe Village ofBuxtonas identified on theDrawings. Only
native, salt-tolerant plant species (for example, American Beachgrass, Sea Oats, and/or Bitter Panic Grass) shall be installed. Total Bid price to install a maximum of 935 units of 10-foot section sand fencing and a maximum
of 132,500 plants (24 inches apart) along the 12,500 linear feet of Avon and Buxton oceanfront (ie - sum of
