The work includes all labor, materials, supplies, general conditions, tools, equipment, mobilization, transportation, supervision, incidentals and waste disposal to replace the wood shake roof, EPDM roof, wood siding, door, gutter and downspouts and flashings at the Corwin House in accordance with the Statement of Work.
