Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Notice is hereby given, in conformity with Section 252.041 of the Local Government Code, that the Bastrop Central Appraisal District will enter into a contract for the renovation of the Bastrop Central Appraisal District The board of directors may appoint a contractor for the project at this meeting, subject to the approval of the taxing units pursuant to Property Tax Code Sec. 6.051. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract and to furnish a specified Payment and Performance Bond of not less than 100% of the contract price. All bidders are invited to be present. The project completion date is estimated to be April of 2022.
