Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bronson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bid proposals will be accepted from qualified contractors by BCS for the following: BCS JR/SR HS 6th Grade Corridor and Classroom Renovation, Toilet Rooms Renovation, and Secure Vestibule/Front Office Renovation All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Bronson Community Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Bronson Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bid(s) they deem in the best interest of Bronson Community Schools.
