Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fulton Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The project consists of the following: - Middle School/High School: Renovations throughout - Elementary School: Renovations throughout Bid Packages: Complete proposals will be received for the following bid categories in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Tower Pinkster and Wieland - Bid Category 10: Specialties - Coiling Doors / Operable Partitions Pre-Bid Meeting No pre-bid meeting will be held. Familial Disclosure All bids are to include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and Fulton Schools in accordance with MCL 380.1267. Bids shall not be accepted that do not include this statement. RFI's/Clarifications All RFI's/Clarifications shall be submitted in writing to Blake Simon (bsimon@wielandbuilds.com), no later than Wednesday January 26, 2022 4:00 PM Addendums All addendums will be issued by Monday January 31, 2022 12:00 PM
