Residential Demolition QUESTION DEADLINE: April 11, 2022 @ 11:00 AM Contractors are required to go on site, take a photograph with a date stamp of the property and submit with the bid. Photographs for one property should be combined into one pdf The City of Detroit Demolition Department respectfully request proposals from Pre-Qualified Contractors for Demolition Services. For Residential: Effective with this procurement, the Contractors are not responsible for the cost related to any permits (i.e. wrecking or hydrant) required to perform any aspect of the Scope of Services, and Contractors should not include any costs for permits in their bid prices." If the hydrant fails, the Contractor shall be responsible for the hydrant re-inspection fee of $134.00 For Commercial: If the hydrant fails, the Contractor shall be responsible for the hydrant re- inspection fee of $1,920.00 for Commercial Structures
