Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Pre-qualification for demolition work under Proposal N for Neighborhoods Program Questions can be asked at any of the Demo Contractor Meetings or at any of the upcoming Outreaches. Our objective again is to award 50% of the Neighborhood Improvement Program work to Detroit Certified Companies of which 30% will be awarded to Detroit Small and Micro Small Businesses. Additionally all Companies will be required to hire 51% Detroit Residents.
