Site work for a water / sewer project in Tewksbury Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves drainage improvements to roughly 2,000 LF of CokesburyCalifon Road between house numbers 1022 and 1105. The work includes the installation of 4 Inlets with associated storm sewer. 2,200 LF of extruded asphalt curb as directed on the construction plans. Alternate Bids are being considered for additional drainage work along the perimeters of the project limits. The project is being funded under a 2020 NJDOT Municipal Aid Grant previously awarded to Tewksbury Township. Traffic control will be addressed utilizing a combination of offduty police and flaggers due to the limited road width throughout the project limits. Please review these specifications to determine if this bid will involve this new form of change order for contracts that are estimated to exceed $5,000,000.00. REJECTION OF BIDS: The Township of Tewksbury reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any Bid defect where such defect is not detrimental to the best interest of Township of Tewksbury and fairness of the bidding process. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Contract Documents.
