Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tewksbury Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The focus of the project is the installation of underdrains, and new drainage structures with related pipework to supplement the existing drainage on each roadway. Existing drainage structures are scheduled for reset or reconstruction as needed. All drainage repairs will comply with NJDEP Stormwater Regulations. Roadwork includes both asphalt base repair and granite block curb repair as called out on the construction plans. Bid Security is required in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21 The Township of Tewksbury reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any Bid defect where such defect is not detrimental to the best interest of Township of Tewksbury and fairness of the bidding process. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Contract Documents.
