The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface approximately 11.70 miles of Bay County local roads. The project will consist of earthwork operations, full depth patching, base repair in selected areas, milling, paving, and stabilization of all disturbed areas. The project may be reimbursed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of Disaster Recovery from Hurricane Michael FEMA Project No. DR-4399. It is imperative that Respondents examine and become familiar with the Public Assistance Program established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) and FEMA.
