5921832.2s PN - R000184.0552 The Work consists of and includes all materials, equipment and labor necessary to furnish and install approximately 29,200 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter and 5,200 lineal feet of 10 to 15-inch diameter gravity sewer-33,400 lineal feet by traditional excavation and 1,000 lineal feet by pipe bursting, installation/ replacement of approximately 185 manholes, and replacement of approximately 400 existing laterals and building sewers; lining of approximately 1,700 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, 4 manholes, and 19 laterals. The work also consists of furnishing and installing approximately 7,120 linear feet of 15 to 48-inch diameter storm sewer; as well as 60" x 46" aluminized spiral rib pipe; placing new inlets accordingly to reduce the frequency of stormwater inundation on the streets in the project area and other miscellaneous work shown on the Drawings and noted in the Specifications. Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to Lower Paxton Township in an Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid in Accordance With the Provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Proposal Must Be Complete, and the Right Is Reserved to Reject Any and All Proposals and to Accept Any Proposal Deemed to Be Most Favorable to the Interests of Lower Paxton Township.
