Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Streamwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of but is not limited to, removal of the existing track, trench drain, sidewalk, fences, long jump pits and other items shown on the plans. Proposed work consists of re-paving the track, installing long jump pits, asphalt paving, polyurethane track surface, fences, concrete trench drains, catch basins, and restoration of disturbed areas. Work items include earth excavation and grading, asphalt pavement, sidewalk, trench drain installation, reuse of artificial turf, landscape restoration, and other items as shown on the drawings and as described in the Project Manual. Location- 701 W Schaumburg Rd Streamwood, IL 60107 Upon award of the Contract, a Performance Bond and Material & Labor Payment Bond will be required from the General Contractor for 100% of the contract sum, payable to the Owner.
