Cleveland Utilities will receive separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Cleveland Utilities; Dalton Pike Sewer Replacement Project A Bid submitted by a Bidder not having attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will not be opened. The work to be bid on is as follows: The Project consists of installing approximately 1,410 linear feet of 12-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer pipe; approximately 20 linear feet of Class 350 Ductile Iron Pipe, nine (9) precast 4-foot diameter manholes, seven (7) 6-inch sewer service connections with new cleanouts; and all associated bypass pumping, traffic control, rock excavation, trench stabilization, connections to existing sewer mains, paving, and straw logs for erosion control necessary to complete the job according to the specifications. The allotted time for construction is 120 calendar days. RFIs will be accepted until 12:00 PM local time on December 17, 2021. No responses will be provided for RFIs received after this time.
