Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 26,264-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
National Centre for Indigenous Laws, renovation, renewals, and expansion to Fraser Law Project as well as the LEED Ca GBC Green Building rating system fundamental and enhanced commissioning requirements, including best practices commissioning. To reach this goal, it is necessary the LEED Commissioning Authority (LCA) establish and document compliance with these criteria throughout design, construction, start up, and warranty periods. PROJECT NO.: 19-04343. TIMELINE: Construction is underway. All major trades are secured. The building occupancy expected in late, 2024.
