Renovation of an educational facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. The Project shall consist of: Interior renovation to convert spaces into three Biosafety Level II (BSL2) work areas and one Biosafety Level II+ with support spaces (sample storage and offices). Building. The intent of the renovations is to create a shared lab space by combining several animal care facility rooms that are currently not being used. The project involves mechanical and electrical scope. 2. Renovation of UVIC – PCH Shared Facilities as indicated on Drawings and Specifications; and in accordance with University of Victoria General Requirements for Construction projects.
