Wastewater Treatment Facility Operations & Maintenance The Town of Killingly WPCA is requesting proposals from a contract operator for the Operation and Maintenance of its Wastewater Treatment Facility, Pump Stations and Collection System (collectively referred to as the system) for an initial period of 10 years, with a potential for up to two 5-year extensions. The Town of Killingly retains the right to waive technicalities and/or to accept or reject any and all bids in part or in whole when deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
