Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Killingly, Connecticut. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of February 5, 2025, this project is in the final planning phase. Construction bidding will take place shortly. Questions concerning this project should be addressed in writing to David Capacchione, Director of Engineering at deapacchione@killinglyct.gov. Questions must be received by no later than 2:00 p.m. EST August 22, 2023. Clarifications to the RFP and responses to all questions will be posted online by 2:00 PM August 24, 2023. No interpretation made to any respondent regarding the meaning of the RFP shall be binding upon the Town unless set forth in writing and distributed via addendum by the Town. The Town of Killingly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in whole, and to waive any informality if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town to do so. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of bid opening. Should there be a reason why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, this time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Town and the designated, qualified low bidder. The Town is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer.
