The District intends to enter into a thirty-six (36) month service agreement with the Respondent whose proposal is the best and most responsive / responsible proposal meeting the needs of the District as determined by the District. RFI Deadline: Thursday, December 7, 2021, at 12:00p.m. (Local Time) The District intends to enter into a thirty-six (36) month agreement, commencing approximately July 1, 2022, and ending September30, 2025, which may be subject to two (2), additional twelve (12) month extensions. Funding for this contract will be subject to an approved annual budget; however, if funding is not forthcoming from the State of California, said agreement will be terminated and the equipment returned to the vendor. A non-appropriation clause must be included in the agreement. Questions and clarifications must be received by December 7, 2021, at 12:00p.m. (Local Time), and via email only to erate@emuhsd.org Notice of Intent to Award January 21, 2022 Board Approval Date February 2, 2022 The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal during the evaluation process without obligation to any firm responding to this announcement. Statements and other materials submitted will not be returned. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
