The City is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide technical professional services related to the construction management/inspection for the City’s RNG Station. The selected Consultant must have experience in the oversight of construction management for natural gas station projects, preferably working with public entities. The anticipated contract is expected to last twelve (12) to fifteen (15) months and expected to commence in February 2024. The Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in full compliance with the City, County, State, and Federal noise ordinances, permits and environmental regulations. The Consultant will also be responsible, in collaboration with the contractor and City’s project manager, for ensuring that the Project meets the requirements of the project schedule (the Tentative Project Schedule is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”). The Scope of Work may be modified by written addenda to this RFP and will be incorporated by reference to the awarded Professional Services Agreement (attached hereto as Exhibit “C”). All questions or requests for clarification shall be submitted via PlanetBids by the REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DEADLINE. All questions received by this deadline will be addressed and posted on the City’s website. The City reserves the right to cancel or modify this RFP. There is no guarantee that the City will award a contract.
