Renovation of a mixed-use development in El Monte, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and theater / auditorium.

The Community Center, Museum, and Grace T. Black Auditorium, at 3130 Tyler Avenue, El Monte, CA 91732 is over 5-acre park facility complex. The building existing roof is approximately over 40 years old. Public Works Maintenance Division staff has observed multiple leaks to the areas under both the flat and pitched roofs of the building. This project is included in the city's FY 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Program Funding Request. Per the owner, as of November 22, 2024, the Community Center and Grace T Black Auditorium roof projects have been completed. The owner states that the Historical Museum will be a future project. Owner states that Tremco is providing the roofing specifications for the Historical Museum project. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
