Site work for a water / sewer project in El Monte, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Underground Storage Tank Repair Remove & replace existing Multiport Spill Containment Manhole with new properly sized spill containment manhole. Remove & replace existing Base Watertight Manhole, with new properly sized base watertight manhole. Remove & replace existing Watertight Monitoring Well Manhole with new properly sized watertight monitoring well manhole Bidder must obtain permits from Los Angeles Fire Department, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) prior to the start of work. Bidder will provide Concrete, secure fencing and rollaway dumpster Bidder will identify All hazardous waste and disposed of properly. Remove existing concrete from area surrounding the current spill containment Manhole. Install & frame new spill containment manhole and prep for new concrete Pour new concrete and allow to cure. A UST repair report must be provided to LA General Medical Center and CUPA. The report must include a site map, drawings and a detailed description of the repair work process. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
