Aging Partners Food Services Equipment Victory Park located at 600 S. 70th Street, Building 2, East side The Work of this Contract consists of furnishing all plant labor, equipment appliances, material, and performing all operations in connection with the installation of all food service equipment in strict accordance with the specifications and applicable drawings for the project referenced herein. The Work of the FSEC shall include, but not be limited to the following: A. Material and equipment shall be new and the best of its respective kind, unless otherwise specified. The FSEC shall repair, refinish, or replace any equipment damaged in transit or during installation, to the satisfaction of the Consultant and Owner. All food service equipment and fixtures shall be clean and ready to use at the time the Project is turned over to the Owner. B. The FSEC shall hold all equipment in storage until construction is ready to receive the work of this contract. Coordinate the delivery of the equipment with the general construction schedule. All work under this contract must be completed by July 2022. C. The FSEC is responsible for the disconnection, transport and setting-in-place of all existing equipment. The project subcontractors will provide final utility connections to the existing equipment at the new site. D. All items of equipment shall be delivered and set in place during regular working hours, ready for mechanical and electrical connections, which will be made by others. The FSEC shall be responsible for coordinating their work with the General Contractor and all Mechanical and Electrical Contractors. Plumbing and electrical trim and connections to utilities are to be furnished by the respective trades involved. Final utility connections shall be made by the General Contractor's subcontractors and are not a part of the FSEC Work. Installation of fixtures and equipment and all final fitting, etc., shall be done in a neat and workmanship like manner by competent, experienced craftsmen in their respective fields. Final installations such as sealants and close-tolerant adjustments shall be made by the FSEC. Repair all damage done to the premises as a result of this installation and remove all debris left by those engaged in this installation. Substantial Completion of the project shall be July 20, 2022 and final completion shall be August 5, 2022, based on a notice to proceed of January 12, 2022
