Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
The project includes site improvements for the new Lancaster County Sheriff Fallen Office Memorial to be located adjacent to the northeast corner of the Hall of Justice, along 10th Street. The scope of work includes all site improvements including, grading, paving, site amenities, foundations, electrical and lighting, planting, and irrigation work. The scope of work also includes the installation of the three (3) granite panels and two (2) granite slabs. The granite panels and slabs will be provided and delivered to site by others at the time the contractor requests for installation. Installation and attachment methods described in this document will be included in the project’s scope of work. Two bronze statues will be installed on the granite slabs by Brodin Studios and will not be included in this scope of work. Refer to drawings and specifications for other miscellaneous work included in the scope of the project
