Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to renovate selected areas within the Coliseum for the Soccer program administrative offices, team meeting area, player lounge, locker room and install owner supplied cold therapy tank.
