Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 11,405-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: The scope of work will include the construction of an approximate 11,405 sq ft gym,fitness and multipurpose room addition and renovations to the existing Dawes Middle School at 5130 Colfax Ave, Lincoln, NE. Specific construction activities will include: Grading work, site utilities, concrete slab on grade construction, concrete footings, masonry and metal stud bearing walls with brick veneer, steel joists, metal roof deck, modified bitumen roofing, wood gym flooring, rubber flooring, gyp board, tile, acoustical ceilings, paint, Tectum wall panels, aluminum entrance framing, translucent wall assemblies, HVAC well field and ground source heat pump systems, plumbing, power and lighting systems as indicated in the construction documents. A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.Partial sets will not be issued.Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.
