Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings (drawing sets 1 and 2) and specifications (books 1 and 2), included but not limited to the following: The scope of work will include the construction of an approximate 15,200 sq ft gym and classroom addition and renovations to the existing Scott Middle School at 2200 Pine Lake Road, Lincoln, NE and an approximate 6,790 sq ft gym addition and renovations to the existing Lux Middle School at 7800 High Street, Lincoln, NE. Specific construction activities at both schools will include: Grading work, site utilities, concrete slab on grade construction, concrete footings, masonry and metal stud bearing walls with brick veneer, steel joists, metal roof deck, standing seam metal roofing, modified bitumen roofing, wood gym flooring, rubber flooring, carpet, gyp board, tile, acoustical ceilings, paint, Tectum wall panels, aluminum entrance framing, HVAC split systems, plumbing, power and lighting systems as indicated in the construction documents.
