Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and library.
Requests for CM qualifications were taken December 2020. The owner anticipates placing the project out for bid to the previously prequalified CM firms February 2021. Construction: September 2021 - April 2023 Substantial Completion: May 2023 Final Completion: July 2023 The Construction Manager-at-Risk will begin with the City in an agency support role for the design phase services and will hold the construction contract with the City for construction of the project. Anticipated details of the Project are as follows: A schematic design has been prepared for the replacing the Air Park Recreation Center with a new facility (approximately 24,000 square feet) located on the west side of NW 48 th and east of Arnold Heights School. The building will include space for relocation of the Williams Branch Library as well.
