Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
* * As of 1/28/2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for the LAKESHORE DRIVE PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT. The project is located at 544 Lakeshore Drive, Lexington, KY. The work will be construction of one comminutor/splitter manhole, two wet wells, a valve vault, and associated piping. There will be approximately 80 LF of 6" DIP force main to be constructed. Two submersible pumps will be installed, one in each wet well. One comminutor will be installed. Associated electrical work shall be performed. Other site work will be required as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. The Contractor shall furnish all the materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said project in accordance with the conditions and prices stated in the Proposal, the General Conditions, and the Special Conditions of the Contract, the Specifications and Contract Documents therefore as prepared by HMB Professional Engineers, Inc., for the Lakeshore Drive Pump Station Replacement.
