Renovation of a transportation facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Project shall consist of the replacement of the Chiller in Boiler Room 1 in the Terminal Building at Blue Grass Airport. The LFUCAB proposes to award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, provided it has met the goals for DBE participation or, if failing to meet the goals, has made an acceptable good faith effort to meet the established goals for the DBE participation. Bidder is advised that LFUCAB reserves the right to reject any and all Bids submitted, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and/or technicalities in any Bid or Bid Guaranty, to accept any Bid deemed advantageous to it; and, to negotiate changes, deletions, or additions to these Contract Documents with the successful Bidder. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of Bid Proposal, and the successful BIDDER will be required to execute the Standard Form of Contract.
