Lexington wishes to lower in the incoming water pressure to see if that can finally resolve the water hammer problem. The requested scope work Lexington has two parts.1. Part One - remove the exterior RPZ backflow preventer and replace with a 3-inch Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). Replace pipe and valves as needed to fit PRV into existing 4-inch water service configuration. 2.
