Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Eau Claire County is requesting bids for parking lot repaving at Big Falls County Park located at 500 N 110th Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Eau Claire County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Small Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Respond to This Solicitation. Contractor is required to verify needs prior to bidding. Contractor to obtain any necessary permits unless noted in the specifications. Pulverize the existing lot and rough grade and compact. Finish grade, water and compact as needed. Pave the lot with 2" of compacted asphalt in one lift. Line Paint as required. Clean up and cut back the edges of the asphalt, if needed. Work shall be conducted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on normal workdays, unless approved for unusual circumstances. We require five (5) day notice prior to the first workday.
