Renovation of a transportation facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Eau Claire County is seeking a qualified contractor for the removal of existing porcelain tile and immediate substrate in select areas on the exterior of the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport and provide a phenolic panel system where the tile is being removed. A bid bond is required. This bid bond can be a 5% certified check or a typical 5% bid bond from an insurance company. Certified checks will be returned after the award process. All projects estimated to cost over $50,000 will require a 100% Performance Bond be attained by the selected contractor.
